SHIPMENTS
DELIVERY, DEADLINES AND RATES
* DELIVERY
Deliveries are handled by independent service providers. All packages are traceable with a tracking number and can optionally be handed over in person with a signature required.
In mainland France, deliveries are handled by La Poste – Colissimo.
In EU countries, deliveries are made by La Poste using Colissimo Europe tracking.
Deliveries outside the EU are carried out by international postal services.
For deliveries outside mainland France, the buyer agrees to pay all taxes due on the importation of products, customs duties, value added tax, and all other taxes due under the laws of the country where the order is received.
The risks of transport are borne by the buyer. JACK & LINE cannot be held responsible for late delivery, loss, damage or other issues to packages during delivery. From the moment the package is deposited and registered at the post office, JACK & LINE does not provide any further insurance. This is why we recommend taking out insurance for delivery. Upon receipt of the package, the buyer must check the condition of the products before accepting delivery. In the event of damage noted on the delivery, the buyer must mention his reservations on the delivery slip and reiterate them to the carrier by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within three (3) days of delivery in accordance with the provisions of Article L.133-3 of the French Commercial Code. He must also send a letter to JACK & LINE by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt of any damage due to transport within eight (8) days of receipt. No claims will be accepted in the event of non-compliance with these formalities.
If you have not received your tracked Colissimo after 5 days and no delivery notice has been left, remember to check the status of your package on the post office website.
The products are delivered with the supporting invoice to the address indicated by the buyer on the order form. In the event of a delivery error due to an incorrect delivery address given by the buyer, the return and/or reshipping costs will be at the buyer's expense. In the absence of any recipient, a calling card will be left. The buyer can then collect the package from their post office upon presentation of an identity card.
JACK & LINE will, in any event, be released from its obligation to deliver in the event of:
- failure by the buyer to fulfill any of its obligations (payment of price, accuracy of personal information)
- occurrence of a case of force majeure such as war, riot, fire, strikes, accidents and the impossibility of being supplied.
* TIME LIMIT
Delivery times are given for information purposes only; they reflect the means used to process, prepare, and ship the order. Every effort is made to ensure they are fast and met, but they are not binding. Delivery times for international deliveries may vary by several days. Of course, the delivery time only begins once the order amount has been received by JACK & LINE.
Packages are prepared to order from Monday to Friday, in the Paris region.
As some products are made exclusively for the buyer to order, the shipping time is estimated between 5 and 10 business days from the order's payment. Business days do not include weekends and public holidays.
For products made to order, any reasonable delay in the delivery of the products may not give rise to the award of damages or cancellation of the order for the benefit of the buyer.
In any case, the Buyer can track the delivery status of their package on the post office website .
In the event of a delivery delay, the buyer must notify the buyer by email at contact@jacketline.fr . JACK & LINE may then contact the post office to open an investigation (maximum 21 days). If the product is found during this period, it will be immediately re-routed to the buyer's home. If, however, the product is not found after the 21-day investigation period, the post office will consider the package lost.
The absence of any dispute from the buyer within 30 days of the order will be deemed confirmation: the product will therefore be deemed delivered and accepted. It is therefore the buyer's responsibility to ensure that they dispute the order before this deadline, particularly in the event of non-delivery within a reasonable time, so that any useful verification can be carried out. No dispute of any nature whatsoever will be admissible beyond this confirmation or this deadline. Any dispute, to be admissible, must be made via the contact tool.
*RATE
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
They include packaging, handling and postage.
Shipping costs are calculated on a flat-rate basis depending on the country and the weight of the package.
If the buyer wishes to insure their package in case of loss or theft, they can choose Colissimo with insurance when selecting delivery. In this case, a Colissimo with signature will be sent to them.
RETURN PROCESSING
WITHDRAWAL AND REFUND
*WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with Article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, when a product has been purchased by an individual from a professional seller, the buyer has a period of 14 working days from the date of receipt of the products to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties, with the exception of return costs.
Any return must be preceded by prior agreement from JACK & LINE and the allocation of a return number.
In order to facilitate the processing of the request, JACK & LINE asks the buyer to send an email to the following address: contact@jacketline.fr indicating the order number, then to reship the item accompanied by the invoice to the following address: JACK & LINE – 23, rue Saint Maurice 92000 Nanterre - FRANCE.
*REFUND
Products must be returned in their original packaging, with their accessories (certificate of authenticity, map, etc.) and must not have suffered any damage, even minor. Damaged or incomplete products will not be accepted.
Important - products must be returned unworn, damaged and in their original packaging.
Return costs and transport risks are the responsibility of the buyer. It is therefore the buyer's responsibility to keep all proof of return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
